• {lf"' On July 21, 1999, I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit for the above
referenced project. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-181.
V„ As a result, it was determined that there are three features present on the property that are subject to
the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and
Maintenance of Existin Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 CAC 0233).

1 ax,, s One feature begins off property at the boundary line adjacent to the Cary Parkway, one feature
traverses on or near the northern property line, and the third feature begins onsite. These three
features have been delineated on the map received by this Office.
