Dear Mr. Zarzecki:
On July 21, 1999, I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit for the above
referenced project. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-180.
As a result, it was determined that there are four features present on the property. One feature is a
ditch located adjacent to Weston Parkway, and as such, is not subject to the Neuse River Basin:
Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian
Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
One feature begins off property at the boundary line with Mary Earp Moore, one features traverses
on or near the eastern property line, and the third feature begins onsite. These three features have
been delineated on the map received by this Office.
