Dear Ms. Cantwell,
Per the Notice of violation for Cullasaja WWTP; the parameter Nitrogen, Ammonia Total
for the date 8/31/19 exceeded the monthly average due to maintenance being performed
on the plants trolley and the air being adjusted. Since then the limits have not been
exceeded and we will continue to monitor per the NPDES Permit.
