Title opinions & CA are good. The only issue is with the deed restriction for the pond. The restriction states that "no
livestock shall be allowed to access or enter the deed restriction area" but it doesn't state how, which fencing was the
agreed upon method by the IRT. In addition to that, there is no statement/condition within the deed restriction
declaring that any change(s) to this restriction must have prior approval of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Pls make these two changes and submit a draft to us prior to re-recording.
