Thanks Bethany. I have a deadline to submit an application prior to the start of construction of the landfill. I'll need to
evaluate whether I can put together the complete renewal application in January versus just addressing the outfalls for
the future landfill. I'll let you know in a couple of weeks. Thanks.

I have some follow up information. Asheville Steam Plant's permit is up for renewal in 2021(expiration on April 30,
2021). We have spoken further our Director about renewing this permit a bit early to incorporate the modification and
expedite the renewal process, and he concurs with that recommendation.
