Hey Paul and Harry
The only addition I have is that the wetland restoration area was lacking wetland vegetation that was described in the
mitigation plan and not meeting performance standards. What is the percentage of wetland that was lacking veg in
comparison to the total wetland area on site? If it's a significant portion of the wetlands, I'd like to see some veg
planted.
Also, once repairs are done, additional monitoring will be required.
