Please find attached the updated No Exposure Stormwater Rescission Request for Static Control’s Plant 17, NCGNE0805,
2903 Lee Avenue, Sanford, NC. All industrial activities have been stopped and removed from the building. Recently, a
representative from the NCDEQ Hazardous Waste Section conducted an audit of the facility, and cleared the facility for
“clean closure.”
