External email. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Hi Sam, Erin, and Mac, We have recently identified that there is an existing culvert on UT2 at the Cloud and Banner site that we need to move upstream in order to complete our design. We knew we would need to move this culvert and that it would be required for the project; however, we were working with a consultant for the design and we overlooked that the replacement was not included in the plan sheets. We have now gone back and revised the plans to show the culvert design, and I wanted to follow up with you on the intent/need to revise the PCN. I believe we may need to revise it to show the change in aerial coverage of impacts but if I am misinterpreting please let me know. The impacts associated with the culvert are S6 (Perm; 25 LF), S7 (Temp; 35 LF), and Buffer 4 (Zone 1: 750 sqft; Zone 2: 1238 sqft). For your consideration, I have attached the revised impact figure and the revised design sheet associated with this culvert. Would you please let me know your respective positions on the intent or need to revise the authorized NWP 27 and 401 water quality certification? What would be the best process to make these revisions? Thank you, Katie Webber, LPSS, CPSS Project Manager RES I res.us Direct: 540.905.4388 1 Cell: 410.279.5741
