Dear Sue: Please see attached maps and revised PCN addressing your comments from a letter to Keystone Group dated November 19, 2019 1. A letter of No Practical Alternative has been submitted to the City of Greensboro for the proposed road crossing. We also had Michael Brame determine the beginning point for the stream and that has been added and reflected on the attached maps. 2. The appropriate buffer authorization request has been submitted to The City of Greensboro for the new sewer line proposed on the western side of the site. There are no stream or wetland impacts for this sewer line. 3. All wetlands have been added and shown on the attached maps. The PCN is also revised to show the total area of wetlands located on site. 4. The dewatering has been added to the attached maps and the impacts have been added to the PCN. Please let me know if you have any additional comments or questions. Sincerely, CP ngineeting and Surveying, hic. Chuck Truby, P.E.,P.L.S.
