I am in receipt of the Notice of Intent application for coverage under Stormwater General Permit NCG050000.
I have searched the North Carolina Secretary of State Business Registration database and do not find Amesbury Truth
(see attached search results). Is there a parent entity that is registered with the State of North Carolina?

I also left a voice mail regarding the same thing.

Once I hear from you, I will begin processing the application.
