Dear Mr. Martin:
Glenwood Gardens
NBRRO 99- 137
Wake County
r On April 14, 1999, I met with you at a proposed development near the junction
of Glenwood Avenue and Oberlin Road in Wake County. On that day, you requested
that I both determined whether the circled drainage features, as indicated on the attached
map, would require compliance with the Neuse River Buffer Rules and provide you
I with written conformation of that determination.
As depicted on the attached map, this evaluation determined that feature l# and
44.
?.
2# are both streams; however, only the highlighted portions of the map housed forest
vegetation. Accordingly, it was determined that these portions of the riparian zone are
subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule.
If you have any questions please call me at (919) 733-1786.
