It was determined as a result of the site visit that the water body channel present on the property was a manmade ditch and therefore not subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The location of the site is on the attached map.. Mills Branch crosses the property and is subject to the Neuse River Basin Rule. This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 99 129 to this project.
