Dear Mr. Martin:
July 12, 1999
Subject: Neuse River Basin Riparian Buffer Rules
Boulevard Towers
NBRRO 99- 141
Wake County
On February 12, 1999, I met with you at a proposed development near Fox Road
and Old Wake Forest Road in Wake County. On that day, you requested that I both
determined whether the circled drainage feature, as indicated on the attached map,
would require compliance with the Neuse River Buffer Rules and provide you with
written conformation of that determination.
As depicted on the attached map, this evaluation determined that feature 1# and
2# are both streams and are both subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule.
If you have any questions please call me at (919) 733-1786.
