On that day, you requested that I both determined whether the circled drainage feature, as indicated on the attached map, would require compliance with the Neuse River Buffer Rules and provide you with written conformation of that determination. As depicted on the attached map, this evaluation determined that feature 1# and 2# are both streams and are both subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule.
