On June 28, 1999 I conducted a site visit for the above referenced project. This project is referenced by the
W � k Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-149. It was determined that there is one feature on site that is at
least an intermittent stream and as such subject to protection under The Neuse River Basin: Nutrient

Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code T15A:O2B.O233 (NCAC 0233).

x ' The stream(feature)has been delineated on the map received by this Office on May 24, 1999 and the areas

applicable to protection under the Neuse Buffer Rules are areas were forest vegetation exists.
