KHA submitted a Nationwide 12 Permit application on behalf of Char-Meck Utilities yesterday (11/05/09).
Unfortunately, this morning, I (Anna Reusche, Environmental Analyst) noticed an edit was not
incorporated into the AutoCad drawings. Wetland 7-Impact 4 in the Southern Outfall is 0.31 acres. This
edit was incorporated into the remainder of the PCN document. However, the Proposed Sanitary Sewer
System Improvements to Serve Hood Road North Annexation Area sheets were not revised. Please replace
sheets 19, 20, and 24 in the PCN document prior to review.
I have attached the revised sheets. Please replace these sheets prior to review. I apologize in advance for the
