The Division of Water Resources (Division) has performed a preliminary review of a 401 Water Quality Certification application submitted for the above referenced project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. Page 2 of 4 (of the attached shoreline stabilization application) carries the signature of Yvonne Freeman. In order for Yvonne Freeman to sign, the application package requires an agent authorization letter from the applicant. A sample agent authorization letter can be found on the USACE website. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(f)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502, the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 45 calendar days of receipt of this email, the DWR will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the DWR for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
