I have reviewed the permit application for the Camp Lurecrest Ministries Shoreline Stabilization project, which
proposes to replace 192 ft of wooden wall with a concrete wall on Lake Lure in Rutherford County. A trout
moratorium is not needed for this project, and I have no other comments. Thank you for the opportunity to
review this project.
