On the signed contract, I included in one of the billets that I would be the agent for the permits. I thought that would be sufficient. Do I still need another Agent authorization letter? Thank you for all your help! This form must be signed and dated by the landowner. The application is not clear as to the length of the sea wall to be replaced. Please provide this at your earliest convenience. The Division of Water Resources (Division) has performed a preliminary review of a 401 Water Quality Certification application submitted for the above referenced project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: Please include the length (linear feet) of the sea wall to be replaced. The attached shoreline stabilization application does not contain an agent authorization letter. In order for the application to be processed, the application package requires an agent authorization letter signed by the applicant. A sample agent authorization letter can be found on the USACE website (also attached).
