Yes - I think we had concerns that the Neuse Compliance Association had
not yet been formed and we were unsure how they would meet their nitrogen
loading. They are now in the Comp. Assoc. and will meet the nutrient
limits through the Association. Therefore, what they are planning for
nutrient reduction (BNR) is adequate. The NPDES Unit has no issues or
further comments with it. We are pleased that Clayton is moving forward
with BNR.
