After reviewing the preliminary jurisdictional determination request package, I have determined that the delineation 
map that you provided to me on 10/5/2018 entitled "Figure 6: Wetlands and Waters of the U.S. Delineation Map" 
accurately depicts the approximate limits of any potentially jurisdictional WoUS within the project area. 

I will issue the Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination for this project in the order that it was received, but please note 
that I have a substantial backlog of permits and JDs to work through at this time and it may take several months.

On behalf of CW Land Development, LLC, Timmons Group is submitting this package to you for the purposes of obtaining 
confirmation of the delineation performed at the Vass Subdivision project site and are requesting a preliminary jurisdictional 
determination.

The project site encompasses approximately 26.01 acres of land and is located next to 221 Fire Lane in Vass, North 
Carolina, within Moore County. Based our delineation, approximately 1.59 acres of palustrine forested (PFO) wetlands 
were identified onsite.
