On October 23, 2009, I conducted a 401 Certification compliance inspection at the subject site to
determine if the project was constructed as submitted to the Division of Water Quality (DWQ). As of the date
of this letter, it appears that construction at the site has not yet commenced. Be reminded that once construction
at the site begins DWQ must be notified. If ownership of the property changes, the certification will remain with
the property.
