REMARKS: 1) Additional information on cumulative impacts is required, including any future
developments reliant upon this expansion. If future developments are known, please indicate their
location and the expected impact amounts associated with connecting to this facility or infrastructure.
2) Also, additional information is needed on the existing culvert to determine if these impacts would
count towards the mitigation threshold. Information such as previous permits, year of placement, etc.
would be beneficial.
