One original and one copy of the following are included for your review and approval. Fast Track Application Permit Application Fee of $480.00 (check number 00493114) USGS & Street Level Maps Project Narrative The enclosed documents are submitted for the replacement of the existing 16" DIP force main with a 16" PVC C-900 force main located on the east side of Marvin Road from approximately 1,400' north of Joe Kerr Road (location of the last Union County owned manhole), to the intersection of New Town Road for an approximate length of 6,083 LF. Additional coordination with NCDOT on the design and schedule for U-6088 intersection improvement project at New Town Road has been incorporated into this project. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing ductile iron pipe, which is currently corroding, with PVC C-900 material. This relocation located along Marvin Road will not result in any additional flow. This line is connected to the Tarkhill Pump Station, but is not impacted with this project. The plans have been reviewed and approved by Michael Caldwell with Union County. Please do not hesitate to call 919-653-7342 if you have any questions or need additional information.
