Brad and Greg,
Meadow Valley SD received a 401 for impacts in 2007. Here's the link to the DWR electronic file.
If the USACE considers this project as cumulative with the prior approval it appears that the project may be required to
secure an Individual Permit for the new impacts. Therefore I am placing this project on hold, without conducting a
technical review, until the type of permit has been verified by the USACE and the application has been amended as
appropriate.
