which was issued for a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) in the month of August.

The 5-Day report was submitted within the 5-day time period. The incident happened on August 3, 2019
and the report was submitted to Rick Bolich on August 8, 2019 via email from Amanda Berger of Aqua.
