Laurie,
you don't miss much. I was just going over this application and the correction you made to the River Basin
caught my eye. However, the applicant has the wrong stream named as the nearest body of water. It's not
Little Black Creek, which may be in the Neuse basin. (?)
The stream at this site is the extreme headwaters of Black River, which is in the Cape Fear Basin. I don't
know if this makes any difference in the tracking or not. If not, please disregard.
