These minor exceedances unfortunately happen, conditions change
rapidly in small facilities. We have corrected the problems. We had a weak
mixture of chlorine at the time the sample was taken but the operator thought it
was enough. We have strengthen the mix and haven't had an issue since. It was
reported in the eDMR within the 5 day period of our receiving the lab result.
Next time we will call as soon as we know of an issue.
