Good morning Paul,
I appreciate you reaching out yesterday and discussing the Live Oak Bank permit timeline. I have explained the situation
to Mr. Lee Williams (applicant) and at this time we would prefer to withdraw the permit application.
As discussed yesterday, we understand it may be necessary for the State to issue a letter of denial which we would
prefer to avoid if at all possible.
It is also our understanding that in either case, we will only need to resubmit the application with our response to the
most recent Request for Additional Information in order to continue the permit process.
Rachel — it is also our understanding that the Corps of Engineers will also acknowledge this withdrawal due to the joint
submittal and that a new application will be required by your office. Again, it is our understanding that we will only
need to resubmit the application with our response to the most recent Request for Additional Information.
Please contact me if we have miss understood the agencies position and process following the withdrawal.
