The proposed development consists of the construction of an approximately 80,000 sauare foot retail
shopping center with an approximately 48,000 square foot rg ocery anchor, associated parking facilities,
utilities, sanitary septic drainage fields, and Stormwater management infiltration basins (see Overall Site
Plan Tracts "A" and "C") The proposed development has proposed permanent wetland impacts totaling
approximately 0.46-acres and proposes to temporarily impact approximately 0.07-acres of iurisdictional
wetland to facilitate the development..
