I just wanted to follow up on the below email. We have had the project on hold awaiting confirmation of the Corps
permitting path. Can you confirm they are issuing and individual permit after -the -fact? We have not received public
notice from the Wilmington District to date and need the notice to process the IP. A letter stating such went out.

I've reached out to the Corps on your project, but have not received a response. Can you verify the Corps has approved
the use of Nationwide Permit 13, or do they intend on issuing an individual permit for the project? The project qualifies
for a GC4134 and we would prefer to issue under the general. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss if you'd prefer.
