I saw your statement in the PCN that you guys thought you were under the reporting threshold for NWP 13, so I wanted
to clarify what was the error. NWP 13 is limited to 500 linear feet of stabilization and this project stabilized more like 600
linear feet. I saw you put 250 linear feet in the impact table, but that would account for only one bank, not both. The
Corps has the discretion to seek a waiver of the 500-foot limit so long as we determine that the additional fill would not
result in an adverse effect. Hope that helps but feel free to contact me with any questions.
