Dear Mr. Zarzecki:
On April 8, 1999 I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit for the above referenced
project. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 99-096. It was determined
that there a three features on site that are at least intermittent streams and therefore subject to the Neuse
River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing
Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
These features have been delineated on the map received by this Office. Protection for the two smaller
features begins at flags NBR 01 and NBR 02. The larger stream begins off property at a pond and continues
through the site in a south southwest direction.
