I find no contradiction to cite with the lab for these results.

Missing Parameter
001 Chloride 5/31 /18 Missing Parameter Data present, but omitted on report. Revision is
being processed.
001 TKN 9/30/18 Missing Parameter Data present, but omitted on report. Revision is being
processed. Those two parameters were omitted due to their monitoring only status. Corrections to
the NDMR will be made, moving forward, and the contract lab will be notified of the requirement.
001 Total Phos 9/30/18 Missing Parameter Parameters were omitted due to their monitoring
