Ingersoll Rand Company previously received NPDES/stormwater no exposure coverage for a warehouse
facility located at 9801 Twin Lakes Parkway, Charlotte,NC under permit number NCGNE0558.
In 2013,Ingersoll Rand ceased business activities at this location. I recently completed a query of NC DEQ's
stormwater permits database and noted that this no exposure coverage appears to be active. To ensure a clear
record, please find attached Rescission Request Form to discontinue coverage for this address.
