On May 11, 1999, I conducted a site visit of the referenced project. It was
determined as a result of the site visit that there were no intermittent streams present on
the property therefore the site is not subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive
Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 99 090 to this project.
