Subject: Notice of Violation
Ref# NOV-2019-LR-0118 Mt. Pisgah Lodge and Recreational Area

This letter is a response to the NOV received for the month of September 2019. The EDMR was completed, verified and
certified however the permitee had a problem submitting electronically because the signor could not obtain permission
through the system. I have been in contact with the permitee and he is working on resolving this issue.
