Please find the revised Site 4 figure attached as a PDF document. Essentially, its the same drawing for Site 4 with an additional line
upstream and downstream of the box culvert to indicate a 5-foot temporary construction easement (labeled "E") to allow the placement
of the culvert. Within these upstream and downstream construction easement areas, the no grading or alteration to the bed and banks
are anticipated. The temporary easement will allow construction equipment to cross the stream in these locations if required.

I think I'll be able to send it to you today via email in PDF format. I just spoke with the engineer making the revisions. Essentially, its
