�? On January 28 , 1999, 1 met with you at the subject property. An evaluation of the stream
features were performed to determine whether the site would require compliance with the
Neuse Buffer Rule. This specific project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as
' NBRRO-065.
i As a result, it was determined that the feature on the property is subject to protection
under the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection
4 and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC
0233).
The feature that begins adjacent to the Church is indicated near the middle of the plat map.
This feature is shown with the required fifty foot buffer and continues off property on the
x map received by this Office on April 8, 1999. This letter addresses only those issues
involving the riparian area. For information relative to the Wetlands 401/404 issues, please
contact Mr. John Dorney at 919-733-1786.
