Based upon a site visit conducted on March 2, 1999, the review of the Stream Evaluation Form,
the USGS Quad Map of the project, and the soils map of the area, the feature present in the
evaluated area, referenced by this Office as NBR-RRO 059, is an intermittent stream and subject to
the Neuse River Basin Riparian Area Protection Rules, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233.
The point of buffer protection begins at the property line toward Hamrick Drive and traverses
northwesterly to Flag 103. The area of protection is fifty feet on all sides of the water body and
r includes the area around the pond downstream. Thank you for your attention to this matter and if
