I met with you at a proposed development located on Holland Church Road in Wake
County. At your request , an evaluation was performed to determine whether two
features as indicated by a blue high lighter on the attached map would require
compliance with the Neuse River Buffer requirements. (Please note: these are the only
features that I reviewed). Feature # 1 and 2, as indicated on the attached map, are
streams and are subject to the Riparian Buffer Rule.
In addition, in accordance with the rule, concentrated runoff from new ditches or
manmade conveyances must be dispersed into sheet flow before the runoff enters Zone
2 of the riparian area.
