Inspection Summary:
On November 26, 2019 this facility was inspected to determine what progress had been made in response to the Notice of
Violation previously issued. The following items were noted onsite.
1) An additional building which is planned to contain a secondary containment area is currently under construction.
2) Liquid products in the upper storage area were observed to be without secondary containment as well.
The facility remains under Notice of Violation. The permittee is directed to submit a long term summary of all secondary
containment efforts on site to this office. The summary should include an estimated date of completion for all site
modifications.
