Inspection Summary
On November 26, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Dane Mader on site. During the inspection the
following items were noted:
1) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been created, but not maintained. The permittee is directed to
review and update the SWPPP as outlined in the NCG210000 General Permit.
2) Qualitative and Analytical monitoring has not been performed on site. The permittee is directed to immediately begin
monitoring efforts as outlined in the NCG210000 General Permit.
Please give the above items your immediate attention. This facility will be re -inspected on or after January 14, 2020. If the
above items have not been addressed, further action will be taken.
