Dear Mr. Langdon,
On January 27, 1999, I conducted a site visit of the feature involved in the above
referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the water body
channel present on the property was not an intermittent stream and therefore not subject
to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection
and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233
(NCAC 0233).
This office has assigned the reference number of NBRRO 99 020 to this project.
