application:
The property has been cleared of trees and being maintained with erosion control
measures as detailed by DWR # 18-250 v2 approved limits of disturbance. The
surrounding area is urban residential and commercial businesses.

4. Proposed Activity
Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used:
Excavator and other small equipment will used to grade and level previous fill
material to create foundation for single family residential dwelling. The remainder of
construction to build the deck will take place with hand tools and cranes. I am
proposing to build a deck with steps to minimize the disturbance in buffer 2.

The project is designed with the minimum setback from the road as directed by City
of Raleigh new requirements due to 2019 code changes. With using deck/stairs I will
be able to minimize grading/disturbance of buffer more.

Sediment and erosion control measures including silt fence and diffuse flow outlets
are in place per original certification approval DWR#18-250 v2.
