These impacts need to correspond to the impacts requested in the application. As the application and impact map currently stands, it is not possible to match up what is listed the application with the site plan. Please correct/modify the impact map and table in your response to this letter and e-mail to Erin Deck at erin.deck@ncdenr.gov. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(g)] • Please provide more details regarding the greenway trail bridge/stream crossings for this project. The stream and riparian buffer impacts requested in this application need to be clearly shown and enumerated on the site plan. These impacts need to correspond to the impacts requested in the application. The labels on the site plan must match the impacts listed in the application. [15A NCAC 02H .0502 (g)]. The project will be placed on HOLD until the additional information has been received. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication of the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
