Dear Dr. Thorpe:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the withdrawal of the subject application. On October 20, 2009, the North
Carolina Division of Water Quality (NCDWQ) received a request to withdraw the application for the above referenced
project. The withdrawal request was due an alternative project design which will not result in any impacts to jurisdictional
resources. The withdrawal request was made by Erin Cheely, Environmental Biologist with the NCDOT PDEA.
Please note that if you decide to re-submit an application for this project, a new PCN form application and application fee
