Dear Mr. Clark:
This letter is being sent to you in response for your request of concurrence on the above referenced
project. It has determined by your Office that the feature located on the subject property becomes
an intermittent stream at the point indicated on the attached map. This feature is therefore subject
to the Neuse River Basin Riparian Area Protection Rules, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233.
Based upon the review of the Stream Evaluation Form, the Wake County Soils Map, and the USGS
Quad Map of the project, and a field evaluation, the feature from the flag marked "start NBR" is
subject to 50 foot riparian buffer protection afforded to subject stream by the Neuse Buffer Riparian
Rules.
