On November 14, 2019, personnel from the Fayetteville Regional Office with the Division of
Energy Mineral and Land resources determined coverage could be rescinded as requested.
Your request for rescission of coverage of NCG020224 is hereby approved and the annual
permit fee is waived.
If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge
permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We would be happy to assist you in
assuring the proper permit coverage.
