My client just informed me that he contacted the NC Secretary of State office and verified that
they have in fact received the renewal package that was mailed and that it would be 7-10 days to
process the renewal. As such, we request an extension to Dec. 11th in order to give them the full
potential 10 days to process.
Please let me know if you need anything else or if you have any questions or comments.

My client informed me that the renewal forms for the LLC where mailed yesterday and it
would take approximately 7 days for the reinstatement to be processed.
Due to the upcoming holiday next week, would you be willing to grant an extension to
hold the submittal package until Dec. 3rd to give time for the process?

Good afternoon Jarrod.
We have received the Stormwater Management Permit Application for
McPhail Meadows project.
The entity entered as the owner of the project was dissolved
10/11/2019, according to NC Secretary of State, see attached.
Please contact your client and obtain an owner entity that is registered
with the NCSOS or an individual whom the permit may be issued to.
If I do not receive a new application by close of business Friday
November 22nd, I will return the application package along with check
2645.
Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.
