I am sending you a revised plot plan that uses a house plan recently sent to me by Siraj Chohan that better fits
the lot. The area of disturbance in the stream buffer zones is as follows:
Zone 1 1,181 SF
Zone 2 797 SF
and the total area disturbed to be 1,979 SF.
